For over 15 years, I've helped small businesses think through growth, data management, and process improvement. My method is simple but powerful: I start by listening. Usually the gaps reveal themselves - in what people say, what they don't know, or what they haven't thought through. Then I ask questions. Not just any questions, but the kind that reveal root causes and guide people to their own solutions.

I've always been drawn to systematic approaches - long before I knew it was called Lean Six Sigma's Five Whys root cause analysis, I was asking 'why' until real answers emerged. My Lean Six Sigma training simply formalized what I'd been practicing: systematic interrogation of problems, processes, and assumptions to help people solve challenges independently.
